UK - Mick Brophy has joined MIDAS KLARK TEKNIK in the role of customer services manager, UK. The move continues MIDAS' ongoing drive to provide dedicated customer support across all global territories.

Brophy, who has enjoyed a long and illustrious career in pro audio, joins the company from Avid where he was European sales manager for the live sound division. Prior to this, Mick was sales director for UK audio console manufacturer Amek/TAC

“I’m delighted to be joining MIDAS KLARK TEKNIK,” says Brophy. “It’s clear that the company is extremely active in the world of digital, and I am looking forward to working with the global team to build on our already strong presence in the UK.

Adds Richard Ferriday, Brand Manager for MIDAS KLARK TEKNIK, “Mick is one of the most knowledgeable audio console guys in Europe, and I’m delighted that the rapidly growing MKT product range has tempted him to join us during this exciting phase in the company’s development. Mick brings a wealth of experience in the live sound industry with him. His appointment fills a crucial gap in our customer support structure, which is essential if we are to provide the expected levels of support to all our new users, as well as continuing to meet the expectations of our existing, long-term customers”.
